¡Hola, compañeros de viaje en el hermoso, y a veces accidentado, camino del matrimonio!

Queríamos tomarnos un momento para compartir algo profundamente personal y profundamente impactante en nuestra relación: la inquebrantable fortaleza que hemos encontrado al cimentar nuestro matrimonio en la fe.

La vida nos presenta imprevistos. Las carreras cambian, las finanzas fluctúan, los hijos llegan (¡y crecen!), y a veces, la simple rutina diaria puede sentirse como una maratón. En esos momentos, es fácil que las presiones de la vida se filtren en el preciado espacio que comparten con su pareja. Hemos pasado por eso. Hemos sentido la tensión, los malentendidos y los momentos en que navegar por las complejidades de "nosotros" se ha vuelto un desafío.

Pero a pesar de todo, nuestra fe compartida ha sido el ancla inquebrantable que nos ha mantenido firmes. No ha borrado las dificultades mágicamente, pero ha cambiado fundamentalmente cómo las abordamos, cómo nos apoyamos mutuamente y los cimientos sobre los que se construye nuestro amor.

El matrimonio es un viaje, no un destino. Habrá sol y tormentas. Pero cuando anclan su relación en el amor inquebrantable de Dios, obtienen una base inquebrantable que puede resistir cualquier temporada.

Los animamos, queridas parejas, a cultivar activamente su fe juntos. Oren juntos, estudien la Palabra de Dios juntos, sirvan juntos y apóyense en su comunidad de fe. Hello fellow travelers on the beautiful, and sometimes bumpy, road of marriage!

We wanted to take a moment to share something deeply personal and profoundly impactful in our own relationship: the unwavering strength we've found in anchoring our marriage in faith.

Life throws curveballs. Careers shift, finances fluctuate, children arrive (and grow!), and sometimes, just the daily grind can feel like a marathon. In those moments, it's easy for the pressures of life to seep into the precious space you share with your spouse. We’ve been there. We’ve felt the strain, the misunderstandings, and the times when navigating the complexities of “us” felt challenging.

But through it all, our shared faith has been the unwavering anchor that has held us steady. It hasn't magically erased difficulties, but it has fundamentally changed how we approach them, how we support each other, and the very foundation upon which our love is built.

Marriage is a journey, not a destination. There will be sunshine and storms. But when you anchor your relationship in the steadfast love of God, you gain an unshakeable foundation that can weather any season.

We encourage you, dear couples, to actively cultivate your faith together. Pray together, study God's Word together, serve together, and lean on your faith community. Let God's love be the thread that weaves through every aspect of your marriage, strengthening your connection, deepening your joy, and guiding you towards a love that reflects His own.

Nuestro matrimonio es un testimonio de que Dios puede tomar a dos personas quebrantadas y crear algo hermoso. Es un testimonio de Su gracia, Su perdón y Su poder para sanar y restaurar. No somos perfectos y aún tenemos margen de crecimiento, pero estamos comprometidos a seguir construyendo nuestro matrimonio sobre la base sólida de nuestra fe.

Queremos animar a cualquier pareja que esté pasando por momentos difíciles: No se rindan. Busquen a Dios, entréguenle su matrimonio y permitan que Su amor transforme su relación. A Testimony of Hope

Our marriage is a testimony to the fact that God can take two broken people and create something beautiful. It's a testament to His grace, His forgiveness, and His power to heal and restore. We're not perfect, and we still have room to grow, but we're committed to continuing to build our marriage on the solid foundation of our faith.

We want to encourage any couple who may be struggling: Don't give up. Seek God, surrender your marriage to Him, and allow His love to transform your relationship. He is faithful, and He can do more than you can ever imagine. Your marriage can be a testimony to His goodness, a reflection of His love to the world.
